Step through the cottage's old oak door into a stone flagged lobby, turn right into the spacious lounge with dining table and chairs at one end.

Go through into the kitchen which looks out over an old orchard. Upstairs on the first floor are two light and airy bedrooms and a traditional style bathroom.

The  sitting room with character beamed ceiling and thick stone walls features a traditional  inglenook fireplace with  old bread oven circa 1681, which still has its original rare elm door.

An open fire with basket of logs are ready for your use. More logs are available locally.

Perch on the window seat and look out onto the peaceful cottage garden, or relax on the sofa or rocking chair in front of a cheery log fire. There is a television with Freeview, DVD player and radio. Free wireless internet access.
